Note:The first stat in a set of 2 stats will get more increase than the second stat

Go to NPC Ehre.in erion after you get the correct item that you need.Click her,then apply the item in the Correct Order,then click confirm.Relog then use your soul skill again.Your Soul skill should increase the stats that you wanted it to...
